Dine, dance, spend the night: Celebrate at the Restaurant and Hotel Roemer with parties of up to 90 people.
Our premises offer sufficient space and facilities for this. Of course, you can also bring your own cakes to the coffee table in the afternoon.

We offer very special highlights for our wedding couples. All those getting married can enjoy special service at the Roemer; a festive champagne reception, a festive wedding meal and an exuberant celebration!
The bride and groom spend their wedding night in our wedding room - free of charge, of course - you could hardly wish for a better start to your future together. The next morning, the whole family can look forward to our sumptuous breakfast buffet.

Our Hotel Roemer is the only hotel in Merzig that can offer a complete conference service for larger events from a single source. In addition to the size and equipment of our conference rooms, professional organisation and attentive and courteous service are the basis for a successful event. We have adapted to the needs and requirements of our conference customers.
Our conference rooms, equipped with modern technology and comfortable furnishings, guarantee efficient and relaxed working. Our hotel offers overnight accommodation for a larger number of people, so that events lasting several days can also be ideally realised at the Hotel Roemer.
We also cater professionally for your physical well-being: hot coffee and refreshing conference drinks for the breaks, small culinary surprises for in between and a large multi-course menu: Our restaurant's kitchen offers a wide range of light and healthy dishes especially for conference catering.
On request, we can put together an appropriate supporting programme for your event and support you with additional catering services.
